We are looking for an innovative and adventurous contract Program Manager Events to cultivate and support profitable long-term partnerships with licensors and collaborators to ensure delivery of outstanding event experiences based on our portfolio of products and business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with licensor management and critical communication along with a highly attuned game quality sense.

This role will be supporting the Event and Event Marketing teams with licensing programs across multiple titles to bring the best entertainment-licensed consumer products and experiences to our this key role you will work with licensing teams licensors both internally externally and with cross-functional global teams.

What Youll Do :

• Drive the Business and Partnership - Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees including educating about upcoming events and event material review processes seeing opportunities problem-solving marketing and all business reviews. Build and summarize performance reports while ensuring internal compliance with licensing activations and managing Event Team deliverable timelines.
• Cross-functional Leadership - Work collaboratively to support Licensing / Franchise Program Managers by presenting event opportunities leading the flow of licensing activations at events representing Event Team partner communications scheduling and passing marketing information and opportunities to the Event Marketing team. Be an encouraging communicator and negotiator as well as a constant consultant!
• Connect Us : Be a liaison between internal and external partners balancing the needs of each team. Work to accomplish multi-departmental goals within Wizards of the Coast as well as overall campaign goals.

Compensation Range Currency USD :
