What you need :

5+ seasons of previous experience with Jackson Hewitt.

Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to learn.

Experience in Jackson Hewitt software.
