Justice Resource Institute (JRI) supports the Department of Youth Services (DYS) by placing qualified Clinical Directors and Clinicians in their Northeast, Central and Southeast programs. This Master's Level Clinician / Therapist position is based in a DYS' Sharp Transition Program in Worcester, MA . This program provides a stable and supportive environment for males (ages 12-21) in the juvenile justice system.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $68,224 to $71,224 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
What You'll Do :
This position is set within a secure program setting. The primary role of the Clinician is to work with the management team to provide a stable and supportive environment for the youths on the residential unit. In this role, you will identify a unit behavioral treatment plan for each youth assigned, and will be expected to maintain professionalism and work alongside other professionals, within DYS, and as needed with other agencies.
