Lead Instructor - Maryland

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for virtual training on integrated primary prevention of harmful behaviors in the military.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in integrated primary prevention of harmful behaviors

Serve as the senior instructor for two-week synchronous virtual training, establishing a common knowledge base for the Department of War's prevention workforce

Collaborate with project leadership to determine training assignments and facilitate onboarding of course instructors

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree required; PhD / MD / DO / DC preferred in relevant subject matter

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required

Knowledge of integrated primary prevention of harmful behaviors, including sexual assault and suicide

Experience delivering professional presentations to adult learners

Ability to engage learners and convey information clearly
