Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards. Travel extensively to project sites across various locations, with Dallas as the primary base.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Data Center should have :
