Health Promotion Specialist - Dietitian

This position is responsible for identifying dietary and wellness needs to members via telephonic outreach to inform and educate them on appropriate dietary programs to address their health needs. Engage with members on their personal health goals, respond to inquiries from members, and support clinical operations with provider and member activities.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Registered Dietitian (RD) / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with state licensure; meeting state required education minimum
• At least 3 or more years of direct nutritional care in a health care setting, providing health education and nutrition coaching. Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
• Verbal and written communication skills including discussing medical needs with members and interfacing with internal staff / management and external vendors and community resources.
• Analytical experience including medical data analysis.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database experience and Web based applications.

Compensation : $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
