Job Title : Model Integration Trainee UKG Workforce Management Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Model Integration Trainee to support the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions for UKG Workforce Management (UKG WFM / UKG Dimensions) . This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in system integration and workforce technology. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior integration consultants and architects to assist in building scalable integrations across HR, payroll, ERP, scheduling, and other third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and configuring integrations between UKG WFM and external systems (HR, payroll, ERP, scheduling, etc.).
Support senior consultants in gathering technical requirements and understanding data flows.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and validating integration components.
Help maintain integration documentation, mapping sheets, and design specifications.
Learn integration tools, APIs, data formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and middleware used within UKG.
Monitor integration performance and support issue resolution under supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, and operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, or data exchange concepts (preferred but not required).
Interest in HR technology, workforce management systems, or cloud platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data transformation tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly in a technical environment.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
