T his position is the main contact for HOLT Crane parts and is responsible for the technical support and sale of parts and attachments to HOLT Crane customers. Will be responsible for determining the acquisition strategies for Crane Parts, while streamlining the purchasing of these parts to leverage purchasing opportunities from vendors. Will investigate and recommend process improvements and other technology to be purchased that will improve counter and shop sales functions. Will be responsible for providing training on these solutions to Parts department employees.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis : 1) Demonstrated alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaboration with key internal / external resources and 3) Ongoing self-development.
