Schedule : MondayFriday schedule (standard business hours; occasional evening / weekend events 1 small event per month and 1 larger event per quarter)

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Patient Coordination

• Greet and check in patients by name with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-out, and payment collection
• Assist with insurance verification and documentation
• Follow up on unpaid balances and billing questions
