This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
We are seeking a self-motivated Performance Measurement Analyst to join the Performance Measurement Group. The Performance Measurement Analyst will provide portfolio analytics, performance and reporting services for the firm's private markets investments. This individual will work closely with the department's internal performance measurement team as well as other departments (Investments, Investor Relations, Accounting, Marketing, Client Reporting, etc.) where necessary to provide support to the Firm's global investment activities.

What You Will Do :
Timely review of fund performance including review and reconciliation of reports to quarterly automation reporting filesPreparation and / or review of quarterly track recordsAssist and support the RFP team with compiling and completing data requests as neededAssist with compiling analysis for performance benchmarked against industry benchmark providers and public indices (PMEs)Assist with the creation, management and monitoring of firm's composites; assuring composite construction meets industry best practicesAssist and support the Client Service team with compiling and completing data requestsAssist internal teams with ad-hoc data requests as neededIdentify and implement process changes to increase timely and accurate delivery of performance dataWork with technology teams to develop and improve system functionality and validate enhancementsDevelop proper controls to identify, research and resolve any performance data issuesAssist with creating documentation for uninterrupted performance reporting (documentation of unique processes / procedures, etc.)What You Bring :
Experience in investment operations and / or investment performance, ideally in private marketsAbility and desire to work independently as well as part of a teamProblem solving skills and ability to oversee execution of accurate and high-quality finished productsProven ability to multi-task and manage priorities against key deadlinesStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in reconciling dataStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different time zonesEducation :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area requiredChartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and / or Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) a plusExperience :
2+ years in investment operations or finance experience in private equity capacity preferred
