1 - Clerk Production Inspector TN-23-Mateur South-MAT0000J6

Your Tasks :

• Accomplishes specific tasks within the own area, not full list)
• Attends the daily stand-up meeting
• Performs all checks as defined in the Quality control plan and records are required data
• Identification of non conforming products with "red card" process,
• Distribution and collection of PDEK or other control charts ( RFT charts / torque check sheets / PDEK)
• Feedback to line and to WPA for all non conformities found on the assembly line ( Electrical test / Clip test / Inspection points / care points, etc.) by using the stop at first defect process
• 5S / housekeeping application within the area
• Identifies areas of product risk ( material on the floor / terminals damaged / bent within holders / stands,mixed components, etc.)
• Checks operators are qualified to work on the station in line with the skills matrix
• Checks adherence to "OK to Start" procedure at the start of each shift
• Participates to the line QRQC meetings (lead by Shift Leaders)
• Fills-in the QRAP created by the Shift leader
• Supports the defect analysis of issues (reproduction of defects, immediate and corrective actions)
• Performs check of error proofing conformity within the assembly area ( good bad sample test release / poka- yoke, jigs etc)
• Checks the assembly aid tools to be available in correct condition and are been used ( Convolute and corrugated tube aids, pvc tube aids etc)
• Validates packing process is complete and conforms to the work instructions
• Performs final harness inspection in accordance with the QM plan and or additional care points etc
• Ensures that in-line and off-line reworks are performed by qualified operators, with released tools and respecting rework procedures
• Supports rework process in accordance with qualification ( performs rework / inspects rework)
• Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix
