About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Enterprise Architecture, a strategic and hands-on technology leader with a focus on driving modernization, automation, and AI integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving enterprise-wide architecture across various domains, including applications, data, cloud, and security. Key responsibilities for this role include leading teams in technology architecture, automation, and integrations, as well as defining and executing the enterprise architecture vision to support growth, efficiency, and innovation. The role also involves driving cloud adoption, modernizing systems through microservices and event-driven architectures, and embedding AI and GenAI into enterprise platforms.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in cloud, data / AI, and security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-cloud architecture and hands-on technical credibility to assess design tradeoffs and collaborate with engineers. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role requires a leader who is resilient, analytical, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to mentor cross-functional teams and foster an architecture as an enabler mindset. Experience with enterprise and solution architecture frameworks, as well as with RPA and agentic AI tools, is necessary. Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and financial services or asset management environments is preferred.
