Overview :

We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves financial leader who's not afraid to dive into the details and drive meaningful impact. As Controller for Advisors Excel and its related entities, you'll lead by example-shaping a high-performing team, owning core accounting operations, and helping steer the financial strategy of a growing, fast-paced organization. You'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial data and delivering insights that drive informed decision-making. What you'll do :

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Financial Reporting team
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee cash flow and financial risk
• Support external audits and maintain internal controls
• Consolidate financials across multiple entities
• Build and manage budgets and forecast
• Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership
• Drive process improvements and support ERP / system initiatives
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Partner across departments to support broader business goals
