About Us : Measure Square has been serving the flooring & stone fabricator industry for over two decades, providing innovative Takeoff / Estimating & CRM solutions tailored to the needs of professionals. We’re seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our clients and our technology.

Job purpose : The Sales Engineer will be the technical partner to the Sales Team and a trusted advisor to our prospects. Sales Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the Field Sales team with demos of all Measure Square takeoff / estimating products. Provide training and support to customers during their trial and initial 60 day implementation phase or until onboarding is complete.

Your Impact : The role requires partnering and collaboration with the Sales Team to educate, demonstrate and evangelize the merits of the Measure Square suite of products and move the opportunity to financial closure.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with the sales team to deliver technical product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Act as the technical expert, addressing client questions and challenges during the sales process.
  • Coaching the Sales Executive on proposed solutions and assists the Sales Executive to understand the technical aspects
  • Attending regional and national trade shows and conventions to support Field Sales efforts
  • Play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of Measure Square products
  • Act as a subject matter expert for potential customers with the ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to lead customer solutions
  • Collaborate with prospective users to create solution in alignment with

business needs.

  • Help the Sales team strategize and win opportunities.
  • On-board and train newly closed accounts and maintain relationships to foster long term success & expansion.
  • Customize product presentations to align with client needs and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to drive enhancements and new features.
  • Stay up to date with product developments and industry standards.
  • Qualifications :
  • Estimator.
  • Strong understanding of stone / tile estimating.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in the stone / tile construction industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to client needs.
