Create a warm and comfortable experience for patientsAssist with a variety of dental procedures including general and specialty carePrepare operatories and sterilize instruments to OSHA standardsCapture diagnostic-quality digital X-raysSupport the doctor with procedures including suctioning, instrument passing, tray setup, and patient communicationEducate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment instructionsTrack and order inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the operatoriesAccurately chart in Eaglesoft / Dentrix and support front-office coordination as neededQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of an accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred)DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and current CPR certification (preferred)Minimum 2 years of dental office experienceExperience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software (preferred)Strong communication skills and a team-first mindsetInterview Process
