Licensed Insurance Agent (Life & Health)

The Summers Agency is hiring motivated self starters to join our team of independent life insurance agents. This role offers flexible hours, work-from-home freedom, and full training.

What You’ll Do

Speak with clients who already requested insurance information (no cold calling).

Identify their needs and recommend life, health, or retirement coverage.

Hold phone / video appointments and guide clients through applications.

Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure policy placement.

What You Need

Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.

Professional, reliable, and coachable.

Internet access and a suitable remote workspace.

Ability to work as a 1099 contractor and obtain a state insurance license (we help).

Compensation

1099 commission-only with uncapped earning potential.

Competitive payouts; some products offer instant approvals for faster pay.

Part-time agents often earn $3,000–$5,000 / month (individual results vary).
