A company is looking for a MS Dynamics Technical Support Analyst to provide customer support for their permitting program.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer support process and provide responsive support via various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and potentially Level 2 issues related to the permitting system and integrations
Collaborate with internal teams and assist in creating customer support documentation
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience providing technical support or customer service in a software or web-based environment
7 years of familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics
7 years of experience with web content management systems (e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress, Drupal)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
Experience with Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform services and products is preferred
