New Jersey law firm seeks to add a Senior Real Estate Finance Attorney to the team! An ideal candidate will have 7 + years of Real Estate Finance with a focus on lending transactions for non-bank entities! If you have experience working with developers, private equity firms, or individual owners, etc. we want to hear from you!!

Job Details

Requirements :

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• 7+ years of experience in real estate finance law (focus : lending transactions with non-bank entities)
• Previous experience working with developers, private equity firms, individual owners, etc.
• A proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice in complex real estate finance transactions.
• If you have experience working with CEMAs and bank representation, that is a PLUS!
