Health Information Management Technician

A company is looking for a HIM Doc Compliance Tech I.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and utilize patient medical records

Perform documentation compliance, deficiency tracking, and record completion tasks

Ensure adherence to medical, legal, and ethical standards in health information management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of experience, education, or training in a Health Information Management related field required

Knowledge of medical record standards of practice and medical terminology

Experience with computers, document scanners, and electronic medical record programs

Health Information Technology coursework preferred
