What You'll be Doing : As a Business Analysis Manager, you will independently execute specialized tasks and support team projects to ensure quality outcomes. You will leverage your analytical expertise to drive significant business insights and process improvements, contributing to the achievement of strategic business goals. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ORM and EHS implementation, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and the ability to work from one of our Eastern U.S. offices two days per week to better collaborate with our Europe-based team.

Key tasks include : perform specialized operations analyses to inform strategic decisions, develop and implement sophisticated process analyses and mappings, independently identify and drive process improvement initiatives, maintain a comprehensive and current record of business operations, support key financial administrative tasks for the business unit, prepare detailed and sophisticated financial reports and budgets, contribute to strategic annual and long-term business planning efforts, lead and manage specialized and complex projects, provide high-level data analysis and present insights to senior management, and ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of business insights and recommendations.

You're a Great Fit if You Have / Can : possess a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent, have Business Analyst Foundation or similar is a plus, specialize in data analysis, have proficiency in advanced process evaluation, have advanced capability in financial reporting and budgeting, have strong presentation and persuasion skills, lead specialized projects independently, master tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, and R, have deep understanding of business operations and trends, have high-level analytical and problem-solving acumen, be skilled in requirements analysis and global implementation across key business domains, have experience aligning Enablon capabilities to business processes and objectives, have experience on multiple projects across a variety of industries, have experience in software product development, have experience as a consultant or business analyst in the software industry, set and manage priorities judiciously, have demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and activities, and have a strong understanding of software Agile methodologies.
