About the Role :

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the transportation and warehousing industry. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development to drive business success. The HRBP is responsible for implementing HR initiatives that support operational goals while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. By fostering strong relationships across departments, the HRBP helps to create a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the transportation or warehousing industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business correspondence and report writing.
