Job Description :

Addison Group is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Specialist for our client located in Scottsdale, AZ. This position supports a growing HR team, focusing on benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave management. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including FMLA and workers’ compensation.
• Proven proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
