We are seeking an detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team! Your job is to assist our accounting department by handling financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Collection and accounts receivable
• Accurately enter financial data into internal databases and maintain records.
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Support administrative duties related to accounting and ensure compliance with policies.
• Contribute to resolving financial discrepancies and improving efficiency in operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
• Effective time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
• A detail-oriented approach and resourcefulness in handling challenges.
