Regional Admitting Coordinator

The Regional Admitting Coordinator processes patients' personal and insurance information while ensuring privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment. Collaborates with co-workers, follows supervisory direction, and uses tactful communication to maintain positive relationships with patients, families, guests, and staff.

Work Experience

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 0-2 years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range : $18 - $30 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
