Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients Negotiate pay rates Lead generation and client follow-up Shadowing and observing sales activity from VP and Sr. Account Executives Client outreach, setting meetings, and presenting The Judge Group capabilities Interact with clients and attend client meetings Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Enthusiastic, competitive, organized, and results-driven personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in customer service, sales, hosptality, or telemarketing preferred Passion for helping professionals connect with meaningful opportunities
