1 Good Knowledge of SAP Business process eg Procure to Pay, Order to Cash

2 Good knowledge in Appdynamics BIQ process

3 Transaction and Events monitoring

4 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements for observability

5 Design and architect observability solutions using SAP, MuleSoft, Camstar and other technologies to monitor end to end business processes

6 Recommend and implement best practices for instrumentation, data collection, and monitoring tool selection

7 Good SQL knowledge for analytics

8 Quick understanding of the KPI to be setup

9 Configure monitoring tools to capture relevant metrics, traces, and logs from various components

10 Develop custom monitoring scripts and plugins to gather specialized data

11 Create meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into business process health

12 Document observability solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures

13 Share knowledge with team members, contributing to the development of internal best practices

14 Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot performance issues identified through monitoring

15 Must know how to stitch context between 2 different stacks
