About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead the integration of traditional finance with decentralized ecosystems, particularly within the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for running capital markets, sourcing asset issuers, and coordinating the flow of funds, with a focus on bringing in and managing strategic partnerships for the deployment of capital into various on-chain assets. This role requires a comprehensive strategy to accelerate adoption in the banking sector, owning revenue targets, and designing innovative approaches to engage financial institutions. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will also be instrumental in shaping the company's presence in the financial industry, connecting institutional players to cutting-edge blockchain solutions, and representing the company as a thought leader in banking innovation and decentralized finance.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in finance, including both buy-side and sell-side roles, and a strong background in sales, client engagement, and revenue generation. Experience in DeFi or crypto, particularly in the areas of asset tokenization and regulatory frameworks, is essential. The role demands an individual with an analytical mindset, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, asset issuers, banks, and other key industry players, as well as to monitor emerging trends in banking, payments infrastructure, and digital assets to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
