Men's & Women's Wrestling Coach

Job Summary : The Wrestling Coach is responsible for leading and developing a wrestling program at the club level to later compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including recruitment, training, competition preparation, academic support, and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to student-athlete success, and the ability to build a competitive program within NJCAA guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications :

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years coaching experience.

• Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed above.

Licensing Requirements : Valid driver's license.

Hiring Range : $5,000

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level.

Proven success in recruiting and developing student-athletes.

Experience in fundraising, budget management, and community engagement.

First Aid / CPR certification and familiarity with sports performance training.

Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.
