The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department at the home office. This position is responsible for assisting with HR administrative tasks team member life cycle activities and HR programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and possesses a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism while going above and beyond to provide the highest quality customer service to both our internal and external customers.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for team members including new hire orientation building tour processing of new hires or separations within HRIS system
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date team member records in HRIS
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local posting and minimum wage requirements for all 160 locations
- Work closely with the total rewards and HRIS team on various projects as needed
- Serve as a first point of contact for team member questions regarding HR policies procedures and programs
- Assist in gathering HR related documents to subpoenas audits etc.
- Coordinate team member engagement initiatives recognition programs and home office events
- Prepare HR reports metrics and documentation as needed including but not limited to new hire EEO or OES reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred1-3 years Human Resources experience preferredAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrityDemonstrate a high degree of accuracy attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook); experience with HRIS systems preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of team members and managementAdditional Information :
