Job Description
The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
They support program expansion, deliver staff trainings, and collaborate with team members to address patients' mental health needs.
Key duties involve direct patient care, mental health screenings, documentation, treatment planning, and referrals, with a focus on patient-centered support and evidence-based practices.
Expectations include punctuality, effective communication, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in team activities.
Requirements : a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, California LPCC license, 1-3 years of experience, bilingual skills preferred, and physical ability to perform job duties.
