NEW Registered Respiratory Therapist - Nights
We're seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join a collaborative care team in Central Florida. This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends at a modern, 120+bed acute care hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services.
What You'll Do :
- Perform and document patient assessments, including airway and breath sounds
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and other respiratory treatments
- Assist with artificial airway placement and manage invasive / non-invasive mechanical ventilation
- Conduct diagnostic procedures and monitor patient responses to therapy
- Respond to emergent situations, ensuring airway integrity and safe ventilation during resuscitation
- Support transport of ventilator-dependent patients
