Providing exceptional insurance solutions tailored to our clients' diverse needs. Stay current with industry trends and changes to provide relevant insights and guidance to the team and clients.

Lead a group of sales and account management professionals to new heights
Daily Duties :
- Hire / Train / Onboard new LSPs
- Prepare daily metrics : Calls / quotes / binds / Talk Time
- Prepare Daily meeting / Huddle
- Daily coach to results
- Monitor calls : 5-10 call feedback forms per week for low performers
- Performance Management : Weekly / Monthly scorecards and coaching delivered to improve results. Action plans for staff not meeting minimum criteria
- Ensure daily goals are met or exceeded.
