  • Position Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the mission and goals.
  • Product Development : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • UX / UI Design : Understand and advocate for exceptional user experience and interface design. Potentially recruit and integrate a strong UX / UI professional to enhance the team’s capabilities.
  • Data and Analytics : Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, improve user engagement, and drive product improvements.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to inform product development and positioning.
  • Customer Focus : Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs and pain points. Ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions.
  • Agile Methodologies : Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and deliver high-quality products efficiently.
  • Experience & Skills :

    Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Experience : 10+ years of product management experience in the SaaS / PaaS space, with a focus on healthcare technology, hospital RCM, and patient engagement solutions.
  • Expertise : Deep understanding of product development, UX / UI design, and data and analytics.
  • Track Record : Proven success in building "sticky" products that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience in managing and scaling product teams.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using data to drive product decisions.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Agility : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
