job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in visualization, reporting, and data analytics utilizing Power BI in an enterprise environment. Strong experience using DAX within Power BI. A proven track record of developing data structures and data models. Experience developing ETL processes for business intelligence applications. Hands-on knowledge of SQL and other modern data stacks such as Databricks, DevOps, and more. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data sets. Who You Are
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you are a key member of our Business Intelligence team, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. Collaborating closely with leadership and various departments, you champion data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing and deploying timely analytics, defining key performance indicators, and implementing robust business intelligence solutions. Through your expertise in tools like SQL and Power BI, and a passion for visualization and reporting, you ensure that our business strategies are informed, measured, and refined based on accurate and interpretable data insights.
What You Will Do :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure clean and accurate data sets ready for analysis.
- Identify patterns and areas for improvement in business practices based on data insights.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Work with business users and stakeholders to drive informed decisions, conveying complex data insights clearly and understandably.
- Design scalable and efficient data models in Power BI, leveraging DAX to create sophisticated calculations and aggregations.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in writing complex DAX queries to extract valuable insights from raw data.
