We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix, cloud platforms, and server management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and maintain systems infrastructure, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Manage Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop environments and application delivery.
• Implement and support cloud-based solutions, including AWS technologies, to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and upgrade Windows Server environments, specifically Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure reliability.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Proven experience with Citrix technologies and virtual desktop environments.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Strong analytical skills for performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
