The Hitch Central team is a specialized group providing friendly and knowledgeable service to U-Haul team members by answering incoming calls and utilizing our Chat messaging platform. The right candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and have a good grasp of United States geography in order to provide order support, technical support, and provide general assistance with our hitch products and services. If you're looking for a fun, fast paced environment, we'd love you to come join our team! This position is located at our U-Haul Campus in Mid Town Phoenix.

Requirements :

• Must be committed to providing genuine, quality customer service
• Must possess courteous and professional phone skills
• Bring a positive and professional demeanor to work every day
• Be able to work independently
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment
• Be capable of learning the aspects of hitch installations
• Possess some mechanical aptitude
• Having vehicle Hitch knowledge is a big plus!
• Having a broad understanding of U-Haul policy and procedures is a welcomed bonus!

Hours : 9 : 30AM - 6 : 00 PM Mon - Friday
