We are seeking a Therapist I / II- School-Based Services (Family Resiliency Initiative) to join our team. Your role as The Therapist I - School Based Services reports to the Clinical Manager of School Based services and will be part of a collaborative, supportive, close knit team to support children, individuals and families from ages children 3 and up, in home, in Jackson county and surrounding areas. Will provide Professional therapy services including individual, group, family, and wrap-around case management support through Solution Based Casework, in addition to crisis management as needed for ages three years old through adult. This position will support general outpatient referrals as well as support our partnerships with local schools including Headstart preschool students and families as well as provide support to schools and classrooms. Services will be primarily focused in home, in school and, in community with in office and virtual available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients' homes and schools. Clinical supervision is included for those who are in need of it . As a member of the Outpatient Therapy team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager of School-Based Services

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the clients; determining treatment methodologies.

Monitors progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided.

Documents events of a therapeutic process in a confidential manner.

Assist student, families and school personnel with student's mental and behavioral concerns.

Provide consultation and classroom observation to Head Start programs on issues related to child's mental health needs.

Engage in consultation with teachers, parents and administrators.

Provide direct therapeutic services with ages three thorugh adult.

Provides wrap around case management support through Solution Based Casework.

Promotes the agency by ensuring an understanding of program services available for clients; publicizing activities and accomplishments; adhering to a professional code of ethics.

Contributes to-team effort by consulting with other professionals; accomplishing related results as needed.

May drive up to 30 miles in one day.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

REQUIREMENTS

At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening

In addition to the above requirements, the incumbent must :

Starting Salary : $ 50,000- $ 55,000 (Annually)

Bonus : 2,500
