Veterinary Receptionist (ezyVet Experience Required)

Prosper, TX | Full-Time | $14$16 / hr | Brand New 24 / 7 ER & Specialty Hospital

Were hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at a brand-new, independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital opening in Prosper, TX (Dallas suburb) in July / August 2025 !

You'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience in our state-of-the-art facility.

What You'll Do

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars

Check in / out clients and handle payments / invoices

Maintain accurate patient records using ezyVet

Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support teams

Keep the front desk organized, clean, and efficient

Support other admin duties as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice

Proficiency in ezyVet (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure

Organized and tech-savvy with strong communication skills

Compassionate and client-focused
