Job Summary :
You will be the lead therapist on the integrated team and serve as an expert consultant to the medical team. You will report to the Program Supervisor.
Job Profile :
- Are you experienced to conduct initial comprehensive assessments of new clients, and assist the team in conducting updated assessments?
- Have you provided brief, episodic psychotherapy, addressing mental health issues and physical health complaints?
- Are you looking to manage a small caseload of high need clients needing both psychotherapy and complex case management?

What We Need for this Role :
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical settingLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Or within twelve (12) months from full licensureExperience providing clinical assessments and brief interventionMastery of evidence-based psychotherapy models and practiceExperience working in an integrated health environment
