Summary of Position : The Technical Director is primarily responsible for supervision and implementation of all production elements (lighting sound & media) of the Chapel Auditorium and worship events.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce and manage all technical aspects (Sound Light & Media) that occur in the Chapel Auditorium including but not limited to : Chapel services worship events external contracts and all campus events
• Facilitate all technical aspects of worship events that occur anywhere on campus including the Student Center and outdoor locations
• Recruit train and supervise IWU students in technical skills necessary to facilitate events including ensuring that safety protocols are established and followed
• Managerial functions :

monitor the inventory condition of the equipment assigned with oversight
