Job Description :

We are seeking a Cost Project Control Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities for large-scale projects. The role involves assisting in budget development, tracking commitments, managing change impacts, and producing cost reports to support project delivery and financial accountability. This position works closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Assist in developing and managing project budgets , ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and resources.

Track and manage commitments including contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.

Support change management , documenting scope variations and evaluating cost impacts.

Contribute to cost forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis.

Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for stakeholders.

Analyze cost trends and recommend corrective actions for budget adherence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits or compliance reviews.

Requirements : Must-Haves :

• 2–5 years of experience in cost control, project management, or financial analysis .
• A nalytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management principles .

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with cost management software (Primavera, Procore, or similar).

Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Familiarity with change management processes in project environments.
