A company is looking for a Biomedical Cloud Engineer to create innovative data architectures for genomic data processing. Key Responsibilities Maintain the smooth execution of the production Trellis system Collaborate with the Security Operations team to address security incidents Design and integrate bioinformatics pipelines into the Trellis system Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Physics, or a related field Five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience Experience with biomedical data formats and cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with big data technologies Understanding of data security issues and FedRAMP cloud security
