Job Description
- Rooming patients
- Administering IM injections
- Scribing for Physicians and Nurse Practitioner during visits
- Setting up and assisting during surgical and cosmetic procedures including Mohs Surgery
- Suture removing
- Stocking and sanitizing rooms
- Autoclaving instruments
- Communicating biopsy, prescription, and lab results to patients
- Maintaining pathology log
- Scheduling patient’s surgical procedures
- Administering Photodynamic Therapy
Qualifications
Certified Medical AssistantConfident with Sterile techniqueEager to learn about Dermatology in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and WordComfortable using various computer programs and Electronic Medical Record systemsLead MA experience is a plusJob Type :
Full-time : Monday-Friday, 8am-4 : 30pmTravel between our Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and Oakmont locations is requiredPay rate $24 / hr, dependent on experienceExperience :
