Responsibilities

Responsible for training and education needs assessments for requested & proposed education to support strategic goals and initiatives of Northside Hospital. Provides direction to professional health care providers / educators on specific requirements and on education methods and techniques within an area of professional specialty. Researches and identifies best practices for course and platform model of delivery. Analyzes performance needs defines program objectives designs curriculum and determines learning solutions. Oversees program design / redesign based on evaluation and clinical outcomes.

• This system manager position will have oversite of Ongoing education / clinical education continuing education ANCC Certification simulation training and informatics training.
