Code-Level Insight : Possess working knowledge of Java for effective issue diagnosis.

Scripting & Automation : Develop scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve system reliability.

Database & Network Expertise : Utilize SQL / Oracle knowledge and troubleshoot network transport layer issues.
