About the Role :

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership : Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area — from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration.

Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.

Execution & Delivery : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback.

Customer Advocacy : Deeply understand customer problems through user research, analytics, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform decisions and build impactful products.

Mentorship & Leadership : Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the product team. Help elevate the craft of product management across the organization.

Metrics & Outcomes : Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize for customer and business impact.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in a Product Manager or equivalent role

Proven success in leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS, B2B, or platform environments

Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry

Strong technical fluency — able to partner effectively with engineering teams

Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decisions

Experience working in high-growth or startup environments (preferred)

Thorough understanding of emerging technologies like GenAI and LLM in cybersecurity contexts.

Familiarity with applying regulatory frameworks to product design and requirements

Soft Skills :

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
