HCE is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator who will report to Senior Salesforce Administrator. This role will work with cross-functional teams to gather all requirements, ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration and manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, creativity, and improvement of our Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities :
- Performs all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, password resets, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
- Serves as a point of contact for user support tickets, basic troubleshooting, and general Salesforce assistance.
- Supports administration of Salesforce-integrated apps and packages such as Calendly, RingCentral, Mogli, etc (experience a plus).
- Assists with Salesforce configuration tasks, including object and field updates, page layouts, list views, tabs, record types, and simple automation using Flow under guidance.
- Builds and maintains basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility and operational needs.
- Performs routine data audits to identify duplicates and data inconsistencies.
- Gathers requirements from users and stakeholders and supports solution design
- Stays informed on upcoming Salesforce releases and participates in evaluating potential impacts or enhancements.
- Assists in creating user documentation and training materials
Desired Skills / Requirements :
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing concepts (roles, profiles, permission sets, org-wide defaults, and sharing rules).Proficiency with the Lightning Experience UI, including Lightning App Builder, dynamic pages, dynamic actions, and app / home / record page configuration.Proficiency with project management and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and OneNote.Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets for data cleanup, validation, and file preparation.Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must demonstrate clear communication with both technical peers and non-technical users; strong verbal and written communication skills required.Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to support a collaborative company culture.Demonstrates enthusiasm for continued learningExperience in Education or Nonprofit environments is a plus.Benefits Include :

Salary Range : $72,000-$82,000
