VIII. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Coordinate recruitment, evaluation, and development of full-time and adjunct faculty with Human Resources and the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs (or designee).Review and respond to faculty, staff and student issues.Proposed Salary : $53,000 to $58,000 for a 9-month faculty contract (Aug-May), with the potential for an additional summer contract (June-Aug).

Must have strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to
area of instruction, faculty credentials per ASOM 07.01.00 for a discipline assigned, academic leadership and
management skills.
A qualified program director of the medical laboratory technology program meets all of the following criteria :
Possesses an earned master’s or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution, in any field, andPossesses an earned baccalaureate or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution, in Medical Technology, allied health, or a life or clinical science; andIs an American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) registered medical technologist or a medical laboratory scientist; andHas two years of directly related work experience, andHas three years of work experience in education.Has knowledge of education methods and administration as well as current NAACLS accreditation procedures and certification proceduresThe above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list.
