Forklift Operator

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling the loading and unloading of kegs, efficiently managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in unloading and loading of kegs (new and used) when trucks arrive.
• Utilize a stand-up forklift to move products efficiently.
• Operate RF Scanner and manage inventory through WMS / SAP systems.
• Receive bin numbers and locate beer pallets in refrigerated areas.
• Ensure accurate and timely loading / unloading of shipping trucks.
• Prepare packages for shipping and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Work Environment : Work in a climate-controlled environment with occasional tasks in refrigerated areas. Available shifts are 2nd shift from 3-11 pm, Monday to Friday, and 3rd shift from 11 : 30 pm-7 am, Sunday to Thursday. The role is based in Richmond, VA.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, VA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
