Head of FP&A

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A - G&A, Workforce Planning, and Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the global FP&A team for G&A, workforce planning, and the finance center of excellence

Oversee G&A FP&A in collaboration with executive leaders to drive financial strategy and operational excellence

Champion scalable planning tools and foster cross-functional alignment to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least five years in leadership positions

Deep experience in workforce planning and G&A FP&A within a high-growth, public company; SaaS preferred

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing distributed teams

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA is a plus

Prior experience in the technology industry required, with Cloud / SaaS as a strong plus
